Organize, sort and analyse phone calls with one click
In order for the conversations to tell you more, take advantage of the function for entering a comment and placing a label (tag) through the Callflow PBX. Thus, with one click you analyse the conversations and you have control over the efficiency of the work.
In a word – everything is clear
- You can tag all calls so that you can sort and view calls with a specific tag with a single click.
- The labels you use to tag calls are based on pre-defined criteria – for example, a "claim" label for all claims-related calls and an "order" label for all orders-related calls.
- Each tag may be a different colour, which will help you extract the necessary data at a glance.
- Tags can also serve as reminders of unfinished internal tasks, such as having to make another call to a customer.
Tagging is an advantage:
- when you easily organize the calls – find and sort calls according to the topic or result of the call;
- when you quickly analyse conversations;
- when you sort the conversations by the tag or by the word that exists in the comment;
- when you place tags according to the department that handles calls – for example Sales/Finance/Support;
- when you can turn Callflow Cloud PBX into a basic CRM system;
- when you track the frequency of calls on specific topics and measure campaign performance.
