We are looking for an experienced Java Developer, who would fit into our team. If you are eager to grow, bring your knowledge and skills to the team, and enjoy the work, we would love to hear from you!

We at Callflow develop our own software product solutions in the telco sphere. Our core competencies include developing software solutions, maintenance and support of communication systems. Our latest project has been running for 6 months now and as it is going quite well, we need to expand the team in order to maintain our progress.

The position requires the following tech stack:
• Spring Boot
• PostgreSQL
• MongoDB
• RabbitMQ
• OpenTracing
• Docker

No CSS knowledge is needed, as the position is only backend. We have a dedicated frontend team.

Main responsibilities and required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as Software QA Engineer;
• Knowledge of defect management tools and processes, registering properly and accurately described issues in case of deviation from expected results;
• Experience in performing non-functional testing, investigating and utilize required testing tools, efficiently using third-party libraries;
• Experience in testing web applications for the end consumer;
• Working with Test Case management tools;
• Knowledge and demonstrating adherence to the Agile/Scrum work principles;
• Working with Product Owners to ensure stories have the required level of detail and user acceptance criteria;
• Developing test scripts, test plans and test cases for stories based on user acceptance criteria and reporting the results of test runs;
• Exploratory testing of new features - identifying, documenting, and raising issues;
• Participating in issue resolution;
• Good English level - both written and spoken;
• Flexibility in using different technologies/platforms;
• Communication skills;
• Motivated and enthusiastic to discover and learn new technologies;
• Disciplined and "Team first approach" oriented.

We are looking for a high-performing “Corporate Sales Software Solutions” Account person to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. We will expect from him/her:
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing the deal;
• Capacity to work independently;
• To identify and contact "Decision makers" and other "Key stakeholders";
• Negotiate on a corporate level.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in sales;
• Excellent command of English;
• Previous experience in working for software, telco or technical company;
• Excellent command in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems;
• Experienced in creating and expanding sales and partnership networks.

Responsibilities:
• Active sale of the company products/solutions;
• Work close with current key clients and partners;
• Negotiate with potential corporate clients and partners;
• Report and update “Sales manager” of personal results;
• Work with “HubSpot” and ERP system;
• Work close with the Technical team and the Back office team.

The internship lasts 6 months, and we would possibly offer a permanent job afterwards.

Requirements:
Unemployedup to 29 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field;
- not involved in a University program currently;
- never employed as an "ICT Sales Consultant" with NCAP code: 24346004 (you can check this in your employment record book, if you have one).

Additional requirements:
- communicative person;
- team player;
- eager to develop in the IT industry.

What does the internship include and what will you learn:
- you will get familiar with the company's products / services;
- to orient the customers in the products and services of Callflow;
- business communication with current and / or potential clients of the company;
- presentation of the company's products / services to potential customers;
- will work with other related teams, such as marketing and advertising, administration and technical department.

This internship is carried out under the Operational Program "Human Resources Development", so please only apply if you comply fully to the above mentioned requirements.

- you will get familiar with the company's products / services;
- communication with clients and defining their needs.
preparation of offers, contracts, etc. documents on behalf of the clients.
storage and maintenance of documents on paper or online media according to the internal rules.
- conducts business communication with clients on clarifying the terms of offers and contracts if necessary.

This internship is carried out under the Operational Program "Human Resources Development", so please only apply if you comply fully to the above mentioned requirements.

В Callflow разработваме и предлагаме иновативни телекомуникационни решения и платформа за контактни центрове. Поради нарастващия интерес към решенията на компанията, търсим нов колега, като "Стажант - Специалист, поддръжка приложения".

Стажът е с продължителност 6 месеца, като в последствие ще има възможност да предложим постоянна работа при добро представяне.

За да се присъедините към нас е задължително:
- да сте до 29 години;
- да сте със средно-професионално образование в областта на компютърните технологии;
- да не учите в момента;
- да сте безработен;
- да не сте работили до момента, като "Стажант - Специалист, поддръжка приложения" с код по НКПД: 35123011 (това можете да го проверите в трудовата си книжка, в случай че имате такава).

По време на стажа ще:

- Инсталирате и конфигурирате софтуер;
- Идентифицирате и анализирате технически проблеми свързани с продукти и интерфейси;
- Участвате в екип от инженери и екипна работа по разрешаване на технически проблеми;
- Водите техническа и бизнес комуникация с клиенти на компанията.

Стажът се осъществява по Оперативна Програма "Развитие на човешките ресурси", затова ще разгледаме документите само на кандидатите, които отговарят на всички условия изброени по-горе.
